This past May we(8 of us with 4 rooms) had an issue that I felt the front office could have handled differently and more professionally. I'm not one to dwell on an issue, I addressed it and moved on, however the rest of my group is wanting to stay elsewhere next year. Sisse, do you mind sharing what the issue was? I'm thinking about staying there next month so just curious
