So I would like your opinions on the tastiest barrel jerk chicken and its location. Someone who puts good effort into slow cooking with seasoning. Not impressed with sauce from the jug poured on the chicken as your order gets foil wrapped. I am looking forward to the responses. Thanks boardies.

I'll second Bigga's, in Green Island on the inland side of the road right at the 23k to Negril sign.
Our Driver (Linston) suggested we try StepAside last trip. It was so good we stopped several times during our stay. Can't remember exactly where on the beach road he was located, but I'll be sure to find him again next trip.

Who does that? Just pours sauce on? never seen it done, but it strikes me as a bad practice.
I agree with the other posters about Steppa. As Honey said, just outside The Jungle and a little south. I've tried the chicken from many vendors over the years and Steppa's is my fav. Just found him this February.
