In theory - sounds great - In reality, doesn't happen - I can give you many examples of people who have all of the above, letters from their employer verifying they have a job to return to on X date, etc... - and they are still denied a visitor visa - Their money will be taken - but it's russian roulette as to whether or not the visa is granted - On the flip side, I can give you examples of people who have none of the above yet were granted a visitor visa.
