This tragic event happened about a week ago in what some refer to as the "divers village ghetto" on Love Lane in the West End. Based on the reported story, the Negril Rumor Mill was in overdrive this past week with speculation with the help of Facebook, other websites and even the comments on the Observer article itself on the who, how and why's of this young life taken early. There is a "person of interest" that the local authorities want to question.
