If you like cream in your coffee like I do its a must. I had to buy in Negril last year it was 17 dollars for maybe a quart.

we stock the fridge with juices and milk, yoghurt.
Also pick up cereal, snacks, cheese, rum and coffee. We bring chocolate, some snacks, kitchen items like a knife, plastic cups, zip lock bags, dish soap, paper towels.

~Just my two cents worth - I mostly only comment on places I've seen and or eaten at personally.
Anyone know if the coffee bar at Blue Cave Castle has milk and/or cream available?
Thanks,

Mosquito/Bug spray for the evenings.
Agree with all the above. But stuff like bug repellant and sunblock are best brought from home. Also consider "Dragon Stout" if you like your bheer dark.
I like half and half but they didn't have it so I had to buy heavy cream. and I paid 17 us

I prefer heavy whipping cream for my coffee... the tall quarts of 'fresh' cream (Sunny Morning in black carton, or a different brand with white carton in August) are cheapest at about $700 jmd. The UHT cartons are about twice the price, around $1,335 jmd for the large, $345 for small ones. (plus gct)
