What are your must-buy supplies at Mega Mart for a non-AI?

If you like cream in your coffee like I do its a must. I had to buy in Negril last year it was 17 dollars for maybe a quart.

Curious as to what kind of cream you're buying? Never have noticed cream that expensive here...
