MoFromMonroe - I love to walk the beach, so a walk down to the bourbon beach cambio is nice for me. Yes... bring some flip flops for the parkinglot... it is rough on bare feet when cutting through bourbon beach. I carry my trav checks and my drivers license on the walk. I usually then take a taxi back just cause I am too hot to walk back If I was changing a lot of money I would prob taxi back too just to be safe. But if I change a small amount, I feel safe walking back.

I do agree with accompong... I do try to tie in a trip to the cambio with other activities, since I have walked all that way. Sometimes stop for lunch on the way back or stop at Shamrock for some groceries on the walk back.

If I remember correctly I think that cambio is called Trends Time Financials??? Or something like that. I am not sure of their hours. I usually go on a week day around 11am and they have always been open.
