For the price, the fan rooms at Catcha Gardens are hard to beat. Also, some of the rooms at Negril Escape are very affordable. When we stayed there, the Wife was not impressed with the overall maintenance, but the property is very safe, the rooms are secure and the A/C works most of the time.
