I haven't been able to get it here in this area for a year..the 11.2 ounce version..lots of regular Stripe of course..did they stop exporting it again? Anyone else still getting it in the states?

Did you notice anything on the Red Stripe available in the States? IDK if it is all over, but this is the one I got locally:

~Just my two cents worth - I mostly only comment on places I've seen and or eaten at personally.
That's why it doesn't taste the same as it does in J..I do like the lite that they brew or used to ...if I could find it!
Yep,our Red Stripe in NC is brewed in PA and taste nothing like the fresh island brewed stripes!
We used to get Red Stripe Light at Festival Foods (Fond du Lac, WI) but they haven't carried it in over a year....wasn't a big seller like regular Red Stripe.

When you help someone expect nothing in return and you will receive your reward ten times over.
Still drink it but Red Strip in the U.S. is not the same. Makes that 1st one at the airport even better. I've seen many bars here drop it. By the way did you know they brew a low alcohol 3.2 version here for states that won't let anything higher be sold in grocery stores. Yuk!!
my philosophy:::>> IF you want Jamaican **whatever**
if you want the REAL-deal
THEN:::>> you MUST get it & consume it IN-Jamaica
off-island is NEVER the same .... NEVER...!!!
