my landlord came to me
wanting to buy some of the CravenA's

a friend of the shop keeper
found out

told my landlord.

Made 2 important phone calls

1...called my Ja-mentor ----reminded her about the fresh thymne, i'm to take back to foreign ... she *collected* it before i arrived, and set it aside to dry, so USofA Customs won't take it, as they did last trip ... dem no allow green stuff

I also,
reminded her that I wanted/needed the results of her *research*::::>>> price-ing on rental lodging in & around Lucea-town. I reminded her that I was low low looooooooooooooow maintenance .... didn't require anything as large as her current new quarters, which i saw & toured last week. ... No Sir..l!!... too much space, for me.

2...later, after getting the phone number from his wife, I called a guy who has done a few buidling, carpentry things for me over the years ...

he was in-foreign
in New York

he along with 142 other Jamaicans
were up there
pickin' apples

told him
i was giving him a heads-up
to build, maybe/probably this Winter

Build the house, rent the land.
Folks pay thousands and thousands US$ for a week or a few days.
You will have your own house/home for that amount of $$.
You may stay there 3 months at a time. :-)

she was a hair stylist, make-up person
...had just completed her first trip to Jamaica
.......was on island, for 'bout 5 days
...........was hired by a bride to do-hair & face for wedding at an all inclusive
...............for hair-stylist 'twas a freebie trip ..... part of the deal
