It isn't licensed in every country, so if your IP address is from JA it won't work. There are ways around that, if you know what you're doing.Originally Posted by Jamerican71
It has to do with the licensing. Certain content providers are not licensed to stream music or videos in Jamaica. (The service can tell which country you are in by checking your IP address.) Just like how Netflix can stream certain content in Canada, but not in the US:
