Random....
Anybody know of any skate parks or dirt trails, or basically anything that would be fun for a BMX'er?
Theres a little bit of a scene picking up closer to Port Antonio, but that's too far.
I know it's a stretch but any info is appreciated.

Tizzy, I'm not a Facegossip person, but I do recall hearing about a track in St. Mary. Link up is.... BMX Jamaica. Respect!

That gives me an idea. A BMX track is 900 - 1200 feet with jumps and stuff.
I could make one at Zion Hill
Any of you BMX types going to be in Jamaica from Nov 6 - 13th?

Thanks ya'll !!!!!
Captain D.... my boyfriend has built a full blown BMX track in our backyard with dirt jumps wood ramps and a curved wall. I will try and post pics. He would LOVE to get involved, and is an artist with dirt and concrete.
It would be something positive for the youth to get involved in as well....
We won't be getting into town until 12/27. DANG!

There's like a trail that runs from the West End down to Little Bay, but I'd check with others here on whether it would be okay to ride it.
Hit up Garrett, as he knows a great bike path.
Thanks Vince, I already follow that page on the facebook.....looks like they're doing some cool stuff to promote the sport. Great to see!!
Thanks for that link....might be promising, but I'm getting the feeling that those trails are geared towards mountain biking. Looks cool though and worth checking out.
TAH have you seen it? Do you know where an entrance is? Oh and are you still TBD for Dec or have you determined? lol
Don't believe I know a Garrett......text me more info
Thanks, ya'll are helpful as usual! 1 Love

I have seen the beginning of it, but didn't go any further than that. You can see it on Google Earth, just follow west end rd past the Westender, and keep going straight instead of taking the hook to the left. I think the first section of it used to be the old road, but you can see it narrows to a simple track after a bit.
Not sure yet on dates. Things are weird around here right now, I may end up coming down w/ my brother if missy doesn't change up her tune. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
