    Just a plain old country breakfast

    Every thing comes from the land except the bread.

    Even the coconut oil we make on the property.

    and by the way, I love coconut oil.
    I eat a spoonful at home just for the h--- of it.

    We grind it and Miss Izel cooks it over a wood fire. She sells 4 or 5 bottles a week locally.

    I imported a grinder last year.

    BTW. The very first oil that comes off the ground coconut is cold pressed. Very special stuff
