Yes, they come pick you up in Negril at your place of stay.

Just my experience, but when I called for a pickup they said they would only come get us if we signed up for their horseback riding or some other activity. They wouldn't pick us up just to lay on their beach and snorkel. A route taxi will get you there pretty quickly. A private taxi for 2 would probably be ~$30 round trip from the cliffs.
