This is our first time to be able to attend the boardie bash. We hadn't planned on returning so soon as we were there for New Years but I was suffering with severe back problems at the time so was in a lot of pain and unable to get around much. I had back surgery two weeks ago and was back at work in 11 days so we are going to call this our Do-Over trip and return to Negril to celebrate with friends!

I speak and understand Patios fluently. I fact I've been asked by Jamaicans if I'm actually Jamaican who lived abroad for some time.......However I'm absolutely illiterate when it comes to trying to write the language. I don't even try.
