If I Google Mapped it correctly Royalton White Sands is just east of Falmouth which is about a 10-15 drive to the airport at Montego Bay (MBJ). Pier 1 is on the other side of MBJ but not to far away. Depending on traffic through the Hip Stripe, you should be able to drive from Falmouth to Pier 1 in less than half an hour. $100 sounds a little much for that trip. Having said that, a reliable, safe, red plate driver that will drive you there and return to Pier 1 at the time requested is worth his weight in gold. Just ask several drivers for a price to MBJ and return. That should give you a base cost. Then add in that you want to go to the other side of MBJ, to Pier 1. Shouldn't be more than $5-10 more.
