    Late night food near Seastar?

Been a few years since our last time in Negril. We have never stayed at Seastar, although we have partied there a few times. This trip we will be spending our first week there. We aren't exactly super night owls, but after an evening of drinking and subbing, I am usually ready to fill the belly. Any places nearby where we could pick up some late night hot snacks? By late I'm talking midnight-2AM, not 4 LOL.

In the West End, other than Miyard, Corner Bar (Seaview) and De Bar being the closest to Seastar there are not many places open for food after midnight....Miyard is really the only place open into the wee hours....

No, Seastar stops serving food usually dependent on the crowd between 10-11:00 every night!

yeah- its slim pickins that late west end... reminds me of a time...

...wifey and I were pretty blitzed and it was super late... she was hungry and she was quite vocal about it. I mean LOUD. There were no cabs at that time to take us to miYard or Corner Bar so we ended up just heading back to the cottage we were staying in. The lady who rents the cottage out heard us (or should I say the whole neighborhood heard us) and she came over with a tuna fish sammich on a plate! Now the wifey- she HATES tuna fish with a passion- but she scarfed it down and went right to sleep.

ah... west end memories... anyway- its slim pickins west end late night for food options...

Heck if I was going to go as far as Mi Yard I would be tempted to venture a bit further to the Dumpling shop! In either case there is a dependable & safe driver who works the west end at those hours. He is an older man who goes by "Indian". You can PM me for his # or ask at the bar at Xtabi resort, where he can be found between clients.

    Happy trails!
