Sure, it is on Nampriel road (the road to Sav La Mar from the roundabout), turn between Taits Plaza (the lime green one) & White Swan Plaza. It is ~50 meters up the road on the right, just before the S turn in the road. It is no dining mecca, but the dumplings are delicious. They are not traditional dumplings but fried sweet bread a little larger than a golf ball. ~3 per 100J. They are probably a good breakfast food but I am usually there a few hours before breakfast! I think they are open 24/7. Mainly local patrons.
