Re: Video Trip Report From Our First Time To Negril
I'm feeling all of the positive energy from your responses ... Thanks a lot everybody! As April has stated above, we loved so many things about our trip, but the one thing that is standing out the most (now that we are back home) is the people. First, the other guests where we stayed were awesome. The hotel had a very "grown folks" feel to it, like, if you're smart enough to book a trip to Country Country, then you know how to travel. But mostly what I mean when I say "the people", is the people of Negril. We experienced so much kindness, respect, sincerity and hospitality from just about everyone that we met. All of the people that we met seemed to really care about what they did for a living and genuinely wanted to earn your business. I know that often times people complain about the beach vendors being aggressive but we found that there were very few that "crossed the line" and "bothered" us. Most everyone we met was very personal and friendly and many of them had a great product to sell. We bought fresh juice, fresh fruit and breads and cakes almost everyday. I'm attaching a photo of Lee and our son Bob. If you've ever stayed at Country Country, I'm sure you know Lee. He is a very kind man that exudes the positive energy that we felt from the people of Jamaica.
