Isn't there a computer store inside a container/trailer somewhere near the the Negril Hardware on the West End?
FWIW - I have a Samsung tablet too, and the charger cable is pretty standard among Android devices. It shouldn't be too hard to find one at any computer or cell phone store. Heck, the China Mon shop might even have one.
