I just saw a recent picture of the West End Road. There seems to be a pretty large structure going up in the area. The property between the old Love Boat and the German Bar (Natural Mystic area). Does anyone know what is being built or added on to?

Adding on to Natural Mystic 5 new decks and a room for rent with a sea view. Adding food and lots of seating.
