Has anyone purchased a Treehouse groupon or living social deal and used the transfers that are included? I am wondering how long the wait at the airport might be before heading to Negril and how many stops were made along the way. Thanks!

We did and our transfer was waiting for us when we got through customs. Our driver asked us if we wanted to stop anywhere and we didn't so went straight to Treehouse. It was a great deal.

You will have a great time. The people at Treehouse are great and it is a very nice place in a good spot on the beach
They told us 30-45 mins but didn't take that long. Just chilled in Club Mobay for a few more drinks. It ended up only being our small group so driver stopped where we asked.
Agree with most that Treehouse was great.
