Food/Drink option on foot from Rockhouse?

We know where Sips and Bites is located, but what else is a short, safe, and easy walk from Rockhouse? We are mainly interested in breakfast, lunch, and maybe happy hour drinks.
    Thanks much!

You're at Rockhouse!! The Purple Rain there is awesome, tho ask for it with rum instead of vodka, imo. Pushcart had good food too. 3 Dives is within a nice distance, maybe 1/2 mile or less? Peewee's is walkable, but maybe a mile? great breakfast.

Otherwise can always grab a red plate route taxi and get anywhere on the cliffs cheaply.

Edit - places mentioned are from personal experience only, other places are nearby.

~Just my two cents worth - I mostly only comment on places I've seen and or eaten at personally.

There are a lot of places that Moose missed, and closer. De Bar (same jerk as 3 Dives) is right across the street, there is also a little jerk spot behind Sips n Bites (which, sips is awesome, go there). Hungry Lion a little north opposite the sea, Ras Rhody's isn't far. Oh, and LTU is pretty close. There are also some barrel guys around if you pay attention. You don't notice all of the places on your first trip, so keep your eyes open, walk during the day, and cab it at night.

edit: actually, I think Hungry Lion is south, not north. Sorry, memory is hazy atm...

I just went by places I've eaten and would recommend. Not enough time to try everywhere.

It's just the way that you're answering some questions would lead people to believe there is nothing close by. The BCC post is another example. You should at least give a little disclaimer or something otherwise a complete newbie could be mislead and take it as a solid answer. Seen?

In December or any other time, Hungry Lion or Debar wasn't or is not open for breakfast or lunch as the poster asked, maybe for happy hour.

Presley's is right across the street from Rockhouse, near the craft and tshirt stalls. He usually needs a days notice, but will cook you an awesome meal. There's also 3 dives, next to Pushcart. And we've walked to Ciao Jamaica for good pizza and pasta. Ciao Jamaica is near the Samsara resort.
