I haven't taken a pic lately...but they have almost completed building a few vendor shops on the property....the lobster shack on the property now offers a formal menu (the food coming out looks delicious)...they will also be setting up a concert area...

I'm also anxiously awaiting word about Sandy. Great gal. She was always setup along that concrete wall beside Rooms. Anyone know her whereabouts after the recent construction?
