Evening drinks on the beach

We are arriving Friday late afternoon-early evening. We'll probably want to grab a cocktail once we are settled in but are staying at Nirvana with no bar. I think it might be dark or close to dark by that time. Is there a fun place within safe walking distance to Nirvana to get some drinks & maybe food? This is our 1st beach stay.

If you walk out of Nirvana and go left for about 5 to 10 minutes, you will see the Sunnsyside Bar....Great hangout and cheapest beer on the beach...was only 170J all day, everyday when I was just there back in October.....You won't find cheaper beer on the beach

After White Sands remodeled their bar, it lost it's charm. Too sterile. Unless they fill up the walls again with all the "cool" stuff that was there before. I'm just sayin' Respect, mon'

You can also make your own drinks at Nirvana. They have blenders in your room/cabin. Buy some rum at the deli on the beach. You can pickup fruit and juices from vendors on the beach.
