Some -excitement on the Beach Road this afternoon. Police on scene after two bike were involved in a crash. Dozens of spectators blocking sidewalk. Saw a crunched bike in the middle of the road. Lots of cops etc. and a traffic backup in both directions. One 'brilliant' guy drove his car right on the sidewalk to cut around some stopped traffic.
