Had 2 burgers at Xtabi last week while staying there. They were great, I highly recommend it!

If she's picky she'll love the oxtail, chicken foot soup and kidney or liver!. Really, let her know if doesn't already know about the foods and plan on american fare for her. Most places have good fries or anything thats deep fried.

It's been a couple of years since we've been there, but Tamboo used to have macaroni & cheese. When traveling with our son, that meant we had to eat there at least once so he could have "normal" food.

I would bring a big jar of peanut butter and jelly, zip lock bags and make sandwiches on the beach, at least for lunch.

Pretty disappointing to bite into a burger and get rewarded with pure nastiness.

Sunset After Dark brings in Canadian Beef sometimes that's why his are different. Not sure if he's still doing that or not but it does make a difference in the flavor as its mostly grass/grain fed beef from Alberta.
