    Lines at customs?

With the new customs forms and kiosks, is there still crazy long waits say on a Saturday around 2? We were there in early December and the line went really fast but wasn't too long to begin with. Hoping its going to be the same in 3 weeks when we arrive. Thanks

most days around 2pm the immigration hall is packed........
mi came thru on a Sunday a month ago at 2:30......and never seen so many travelers in the immigration hall......
mi followed the yellow markers for the kiosks line when mi arrived.....and the kiosks were closed......the lady said it was for special people....lol
went and stood in the long ass line.......figuring it take mi an hour to get thru as it wasn't moving much.....
spotted an immigration guy with a sheet of paper......and one of the guys on mi flight was talkie to him......
and he pointed him over to the kiosks line.......since they just opened it up.....
so mi did the same thing........told him mi was on American and said you okay to use the kiosks.....
kiosks you slide in your passport and it gets scanned......and the kiosks asked if tourist or business.......
and where you staying.......option to type in your hotel/resort/guest house/villa etc......
then spits out a paper ticket......you show it to the lady as you exit immigration hall and proceed to customs......
kiosks line took 10 minutes...then grab your bags in customs.......and go down to the nuthin to declare lines at the far end..
and they take the immigration form and you keep the paper ticket(and passport of course) that says you can stay for 3 months.....
and go out da doors to the arrival area where all the booths are for transfers....or out another set of doors for taxi drivers
overall from the time mi got off da plane and out of customs it took mi a likkle over 30 minutes....
that in a nutshell is how things work in Mobay now.......no keeping the lower half of the immigration form anymore......excellent

I arrived Saturday Dec. 19 around 4:00. We were directed to the kiosks and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. We flew Delta. Flew home Saturday Jan. 9. Long line at baggage drop but it moved fast and we were done in 20 minutes. Security was fast as well. I'm so glad I didn't use Club Mobay.
