I thought it was a solid episode and was surprised how little they paid for the house for what they received.

I stayed at Meant to Be Villa for 64 days 2 years ago, great place, nice pool, nice owners, Great 5 team security. and the view of the whole beach was breathtaking, I would have gone for the Top Hill Property in the country on that episode.

Our friends have the one episode on DVR for us to watch. Will be scheduling the other to record. I've been waiting for this show to air some Jamaican properties.

We love watching the real estate channel when we're in Jamaica! Someday we hope to spend most of our winters in Jamaica and have been debating investing in land or a property with a home now for when that time comes.

It took them long enough. A couple of years ago they did an episode in Kingston on House Hunters International and I loved it but they never went back either.

I was at Drifters Bar when one of the HGTV shows was shooting. Never saw it aired or heard anything about it. Has anyone seen that one?

The show mentioned showed some footage in the beginning from Drifters. The husband was on the stage signing away.

Very good episode. I too would have picked Top Hill property and have actually been eyeing it for some time now. It was also the only one in our budget. It sits halfway to Sav. With a good attorney it isn't that difficult to buy there. The only issue is if you decide to sell it. That is when you pay a hefty tax. If I win the 1.5 billion tonight we'll be home owners there.
