Any thoughts on Negril Palms. Have walked past hotel daily on our March stays but never stayed there. Just looking for something different on the beach that won't break the bank so we can stay longer!

I've stayed there in the past and it was good. The rooms were clean and all that. The bar and the food are a bit pricey but there are cheap options short walks in either direction up or down the beach. We had to pay for a fridge which I didn't really care for not sure if they are still doing that or not.

Food at Palm not very good, bar expensive nice places to eat around, ie breakfast at Juicys next door is very nice and the bar much cheaper. Rooms very basic but nice.
Stayed there last April and at the price it was more than acceptable... Stayed in one of their Deluxe rooms. Easy access to lots of other establishments. Been doing the AI thing for far too long, and this was a pleasant change of pace. Very easy on the budget.
