I would only use Mega Mart if it was for convenience. I did not notice much of a difference in pricing vs Hi-Lo on what I purchased. If you just need a few staples you can get to Hi-lo in town and back to TH faster than navigating Mega Mart.

MegaMart has a wide variety of goods but I never thought their prices were rock bottom. DConkle, do they have a cambio inside?
For the most part the prices at Quality Traders are lower than Hilo!
