He does, and he has cancelled 3 times that I am aware. Shame, as his shows are great and he plays like it is his last time to put a show on.

Went to see him at the Bob Marley Birthday thingy a couple of years ago and he was a no show. Super upset at the event owner because he sold us tickets knowing Luciano was not coming. Never again will I buy tickets before I know who I want to see is about to go on stage on a few venues in Negril.
