Arrow This Cheesehead is a chilihead

I like heat, asking for Scotch Bonnets added if I'm ordering an omelette. I live for Peppa swimps in Middle Quarters and fry fish in Scott's Cove. Now those dishes make me sweat. Are there any hot dishes in Negril that can make me sweat, smile and cry? Please don't tell me to add table sauces; while tasty, I'd rate those as a medium. btw, I know and love Bourbon Beach chicken but back in the day when it was De Buss, that hot sauce was grilled right into the chicken and not added on and it was hot. And I'm planning on visiting Basil Reynolds and eating his jerk pork. Any others?

I always just ask whoever to add extra scotchies to whatever I'm ordering. I haven't found much that is extra spicy on its own, maybe Dean's hot jerk pork or Red Dragon when eaten with the peppers.

I second Mr Dean for great jerk pork on the beach. He knows me by sight for large extra spicy - but then I tend to be very recognizable in water all day with my nearby bheer cooler on top of the raft.

I like Biggas in Green Island on the way into Negril. Very spicy.

I like spicy too and one of my favorites is the escovich fish at Sun Beach. I do tell them extra spicy when I order it.

Stop at the Pork Pit in Montego Bay if you have a private transfer, it's on the way to Negril, left side of the road.

Table sauce is a big bottle of fresh chopped pepper relish, extra sweaty, pile it up.

Yes it is. The old double decker bus. The urinal in the middle of the dance floor. What a place.
Props to Sam I Am for the tip about Sun Beach.
