a friend stayed in the oceanfront 2ne floor without the balcony, kind of in the centre of property, nice layout.
she was downstairs first but was musty and smelly . . . downstairs had a balcony . . .

I believe the rooms aside from the beachfront rooms are very similar. The upstairs rooms we have stayed in all had a king sized bed, balcony with table/chairs. I can post pictures, but do not have room numbers. The ground level floor (put in one night because a king room wasn't quite available) had a double or queen sized bed and a twin with a patio and chairs/table. Is that what you are looking for?

Mostly all the rooms are great. Going for trip 12 in 3 days. We like upstairs for the views facing the gardens.
