So I booked a ride from Negril to Port Antonio in a couple weeks. Not sure where the bus picks up? Is there a bus station? Has anyone used their service before How was it? Any info appreciated.

The bus office is down by Yellow Bird.
My wife has taken it from Negril to Ochi several times and loved it.
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him. KJV Psalm 68:4
Across the street from Time Square (beach side) is where I caught the bus last year.
the empty lot next to bourbon beach . . . there is an office right there and bus loads the passengers there.
for the budget traveler and peeps that like to save money......
a lot cheaper to use the public route taxi system from Sav to Kingston and then Kingston to Port Antonio
Negril to Sav is $200J's......Sav to Kingston is $950......dunno the fare from Kingston to Port Antonio
mi did the Negril/Kingston recently and can't really complain considering the cost.......
a private charter van/car will usually want $15,000J to do the Negril/Kingston airport run......not cheap....done dat too recently

takinitslow,
The office/depot is located on the lot opposite Times Square. Get there at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time in order to check in. You will be given destination tags. Secure them to your luggage before rolling it to the side so it can be loaded in the cargo compartment under the bus. The overhead bins in the cabin of the bus can hold small carry-on bags and backpacks.
Once on board, the driver will welcome everyone, introduce himself and tactfully mention the use of the toilet before leaving.
You’ll get a bottled wata. They use to pass out cookies but that was discontinued. I suggest taking a snack or sandwich for the ride. The buses are air conditioned with wifi, power outlets to keep your devices charged and a TV for movies. The seats have high backs (very comfortable) and recline. It’s a long ride, but a relatively smooth one. The drivers are conscientious thus operate the buses safely. Never speeding, drinking, smoking, hitting on female passengers or using a phone while behind the wheel. At least I’ve never witnessed any of that like I did when I rode on Juta buses.
From Negril it stops briefly in Montego Bay, Falmouth and then a 10-minute stop at Island Village in Ocho Rios where you change buses and, if you want, quickly grab something to eat. But don’t wander far because they move out on time. From there it motors directly to Port Antonio. “sigh” I’m so jealous of you right now…
The bus may fill up when it stops in Montego Bay so you are getting on at a good point. However, once you change buses, there will only be a handful traveling on to Port Antonio. You’ll arrive at the marina where 2-3 red plate taxis will be available to take you to your hotel unless you’ve made prior arrangements.
