I'm excited for you guys!! You will be issued tickets for your trip TO MoBay. When you enter the airport in MoBay for departure, there are kiosks for you to enter you info and receive your tickets for your trip back home.
Regarding ATL...that should be plenty of times and there is a transit system that will help make it easier.
Your luggage retrieval is pretty straight forward in Jamaica.
