No idea but I am gonna find out in April when I stay there for the first time. Friends of ours said they liked it and I am only staying there cause that's the place my wife's sisters picked. Not to fussy about where I stay just as long as it's in Negril. If the roof doesn't leak I am happy since I am usually only in my room to sleep. As far as the food and drinks go I am not to picky either, just as long as it's in Negril. In my opinion a vacation is only what you make of it and I have yet to have a bad one in Negril. Sorry to hear you got bumped to another property but on the bright side it's a property in Negril so make the best of it and be happy. Like most of us here you worked hard to take this vacation so don't let staying in a different place take anything away from your time in Negril. Have fun. Cheerssss

As a friend of mine said a Jamaican vacation is very much one of tolerance. You have to tolerate certain things you wouldn't in the U.S. but you get and experience that you just cannot in the U.S.
I really can't tell from TA because there is II and III and the other one is all in foreign language....we don't do AI and don't see where they honor European plans......we leave in the morning so this was just emailed to me a little bit ago........no time to prepare mentally or emotionally....I'm pissed.....
I stayed at fun holiday as a non-inclusive guest in February, 2015. Although it wasn't a terrible experience, and the staff on the whole were good, based on my experience, I would have welcomed move somewhere else. Fun holiday just lacked the vibe that draws me to to Negril. Sorry I can't recommend Merrills due to my lack of experience there. Chin up ...... Merrill's is likely at least as good and probably better than FH.

I love Merrils, have stayed 3times. better beach Imo. great vibe.(relaxed) but what on beach isn't.
Drifters is next door, Yellow Bird next door the other way. Relax it's ALL good.
I've never heard anything bad about Merril's, but most people seem to talk about Merril's II.
Is merrils on the beach side like fun holiday, does it have a safe, fridge...I'm worried because of the lack of time to ask these questions.....gotta have these otherwise a deal breaker.
