I see the rate is 121 Js to the US dollar today. Can anyone tell me what the Cambio's in MoBay & Negril are actually changing at?

ATMs give you a better exchange rate because they make their money from the ATM fee. The rate they tell you should be very near to the official rate, then they charge you the flat fee.
