looking to visit next week, we love sandy haven and charela inn. both are booked... any suggestions for a similar type of hotel on the beach?

If you're interested in maybe trying the cliffs, check out Le Mirage. You get a free shuttle to Charela, daily, and the rooms are very similar to Charela's. Also, you get a $25 voucher (per person) for any meal/drinks at Le Vendome. My wife and I used the voucher for our one "nice" dinner and it covered almost the whole bill. We're cliff-dwellers, but it was nice to be able to hang out on Charela's beach whenever we wanted.

any thoughts on negril beach condos? thinkning about the penthouse suite

Haven't seen the units, but I prefer the other part of the beach where you've stayed before. I like to stick to the stretch between Treehouse and Nirvana, best beach.

cheap flights out of boston... $450 roundtrip with good travel times. haven't seen fares that low in 5 years...
