I know that Catcha will send a driver. Used them a few times. Worked out great!

Most will pickup for free, but you pay to be taken home. The only issue I had last June is the wait for the "FREE" pickup can be a long time. For us we just paid for both ways for the convenience of knowing when.

As mentioned in another recent thread, Dr Quality's Sea Breeze has free pickup and drop-off.
Hungry Lion advertises free pick-up, but the one time we called in January we were told that they didn't have a driver that night. Not a big deal since we were actually within walking distance.
Tensing Pen has free pick-up if you're dining at The Lodge. The driver even hung around and gave us a ride back for a small fee.
When you get to your hotel, check out the 2016 Negril Guide. Almost every restaurant advertised in that book claims to offer free pickup.
As others have mentioned, many offer free pick-up but the driver will ask that you hire him for the return. We have had pick-ups from Ivans, Rock House/Pushcart, Xtabi and Kuyaba on the beach. There have been times when their driver might not be available for a pick-up.
