Did you check Yellowbird? They don't advertise much so you may have to call or email directly. Don't be afraid to stay on the other side of beach road, we did last trip and saved a ton of $$$ and it was no problem to walk to beach. We set up at Yellowbird a few days. Tip lifeguard and buy a drink or two at the bar and you are a welcome guest.
