Heads Up! 2 weeks ago we tried to buy a SIM card from Digicel in MoBay's Mega Mart.
They said they could only sell them to someone with a local ID. Lucky for us, our driver was willing to buy it for us, but they only had one (we had planned on two).
Does anyone know the current rules/situation? We are returning next month & thinking we'll have to rent or buy a phone there.
