Always brought travelers checks until 2 yrs. ago when I was told my hotel no longer accepts them and the cambio will not cash them. I had been in Negril just 2 months before this and there was no problem at that time. I had to go to the bank in town to cash them. The place was packed so I thought I'd do better in the senior citizens line. What a mistake. I think they meant the tellers are senior citizens. It was over an hour and there were only 3 people ahead of me.
