Wow, even coffee causes a scrap???

For those who want to get some solid info on the topic here are a couple of sites that might be helpful

The illegal coffee was being sold for half the price of authentic Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. This, Gayle says, should raise red flags for consumers. “If you’re getting a deal that seems too good to be true then it is highly likely that the coffee you’re being sold is not authentic Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee”

The bottom line is Caveat emptor. For you Canucks that means "If the price is too good to be true, then most likely it is".

I think the reference is that the low-priced "JBM" coffee is shipping from Canada.

Again, I don't drink coffee, but I do find it hard to believe that anyone can ship authentic roasted JBM coffee beans from Canada for $10./lb. including shipping in 21 lb. lots. That means they bought the beans, paid for shipping from JA to Canada, roasted them, repackaged them, and are now paying for shipping to the US, for just over $10./lb. net.
