You can bring drinking alcohol (ethanol) to Jamaica. The bottle image on page 1 shows 95% (or 190 proof). That's the max achievable by distillation and is what's commonly referred to as "alcohol" in your chemistry class. It's the only solvent that I would use for medicinal preparations. I've used overproof in the past.
When I lived in Corning NY, we used to make the short drive to PA to hit the State Store to buy pints of Pharmco Grain Alcohol @ 190 proof. Makes very sneaky Screwdrivers. When you hear 60Hz buzzing in your head, you've had too many! Not much of a hangover, except for the dehydration!
We're all in this together and none of us is getting out alive.
Unfortunately grain alcohol is not available in Ontario. I can use isopropyl no problem as long as it's not denatured. For anyone who doesn't know, Google Rick Simpson oil or watch 'Run From The Cure'
"John Crow Batty" if you can find it? don't know the alcohol content but I think its more than Overproof.
