Best beach breakfast

Here now. Did a quick search. Didn't find what I was looking for. Would you please offer your favorite spot for beach breakfast, quick (relatively speaking), easy, and quality. I'm near Barrys. Thanks in advance.

Treehouse has a breakfast all you can eat buffet @ 8am(I think?)

I've had some good breakfasts at White Sands and the Boat bar on the beach, and Café Goa on the road is also good. But the relatively quick part isn't on the menu where ever I seem to go. No worries though, soon come will eventually happen.
