Beach Road sidewalk done right!!

As the sidewalk was progressing I was interested to see how they would fill the gaps at ditches and driveways. They outdid themselves. What a beautiful project!

So excited to try out this new sidewalk in April. For years I have walked the beach road and wished they had a sidewalk. Sorry this idiot doesn't know how to resize or post pics either lol

We went to Negril in April, the sidewalk was mostly complete, they were working on small cuts here and there.. Great job. We walked both sides of the road near Rooms. It was fantastic. We stayed at Rooms, walked down to Best in the West Jerk Chicken. The sidewalk was very safe walking there and back. We also walked up to Time Square several times. Felt pretty safe, there are a few places that you will come across very friendly locals that will say Hi as you pass by. We seen several Guards up and down Norman Manly. I couldn't imagine no sidewalk after having a great experience and feeling safe walking to different restaurants any time of the day. We hung out even at the side of the road with a Jerk Chicken cart, it was fantastic. Cheers to the awesome new sidewalk

Totally agree....the sidewalk is a great addition. It opens up the "other" side of the street for checking out all the little spots. Best in The West did a fine job re positioning their business to accommodate the sidewalk. Mikey lost the front porch of his store but everyting looks well put together. Hard to believe what a fantastic job they did with the the walkway and bridges. Big up Negril!
