Thanks for the tip tah, I didn't know it was bad for the fish but have been doing it for years. I stayed at hedo for a few nights on one of our trips years ago and went out on the snorkelling boat a few times a day and the guys who ran the boat always gave us bread to feed the fish. After that I generally brought crackers which I enter think have yeast and was raked just as well as the bread did. Never realized bread was bad for fish. About 20 yrs ago I went out with a fisherman to check and reset his big fish traps and he used stale loafs of bread for bait but I guess that wouldn't matter since the fish that ate that bread were destined for a pan or a pot lol.
