If you're able to get back in without a ladder (which I really can't any longer - being female and Medicare eligible), going out to the reef with Keith on his catamaran is a great thing to do. I think he charges pretty much the same as the glass-bottom boats. He usually hangs out at the north end of the beach near SeaSplash or the former Seawind. We also snorkel off the cliffs - either at Xtabi or Rockhouse - and just buy lunch there afterwards.
Also, I'm opposed to any feeding of the fish. Snorkel operators did this routinely when I was in Belize recently and it made me very uncomfortable. At least in Belize they used "chum" - i.e., bait fish, not bread or any other substance not encountered by the fish in their natural habitat.
