'twas a GOOD-thing
that i did a detox & fast before i left for this trip

get all dem from-foreign pollutants, and crude out of my digestive tract.
...me *think* my plumbing is good-to-go, from throat to colon opening

discharging nice & smoooooooooooth ..... no lumps and/or heavy-ness ... no strain

almost perfect :::: am now at the end of the *gas* stage

the last body part to get better is my eyes :::: things still a likkle cloudy sometimes, depending on the sunshine.... gotta drink more water.

Yes Smith, drink nuff water my man.
Last trip a J-dude told me he had an operation on his stomach/gut somewhere.
I asked him what caused the operation.
Doctor told him he did not drink enough water.
So, I always get one of those giant big bottles of water in Jamaica.
maybe a 2 liter??
At least 1 a day.
